Judge J.B. McBride serves as the judge of New Texas helping Marshall Bravestarr keep the peace. She also served as his love interest in the cartoon.

Bravestarr is the Marshall of New Texas and has to protect it against Stampede and his enforcer Tex Hex.

Bravestarr is joined in his battle against the evil Tex Hex by his his trusty sidekick Thirty-thirty, Judge McBride and Handlebar. Bravestarr also has special powers which include Eyes of the Hawk, Strength of the Bear, Speed of the Puma and Ears of the Wolf.
