Tiger Force Psyche-Out was a European exclusive figure. I didn't even know this guy existed until I was an adult. As garish as the figure looks, he's no more freakazoid than the original version. I don't get why they chose black hair on this version of Psyche-Out. I hate when they switch hair color for the same character (like Big Brawler, Frostbite, Big Bear).
Fun fact: The Dutch and French version of this figure changed his name to "Psycho"
