I spend a lot of time scanning Yojoe.com and Joecustoms.com looking for inspiration. Sometimes, I will want to do a certain Joe or Cobra and it is a slog the entire process...so much so that I start to dislike the custom I'm making. Sometimes, I look at a Joe and think, "That might not be too hard to do". That's how it was with the 2004 VvV Scarlett. I like the figure well enough, the character is certainly deserving of more customs, and it wasn't too hard to put together. Okay, painting the yellow was not fun, but the end product is something I still feel pretty good about.
