I love Zap. He's a Straight-Arm OG, he's in the First Class, he's old school. He's 1982 all the way. He's got a mustache...or doesn't. I don't know, it's complicated. But he's perfect just like all the '82 Joes.
Zap got an upgrade (and some relevance) in 1991. No longer was he a bazooka soldier - which I don't think had been a thing since the Korean War - he was now a Sonic Fighting tank-buster with some SERIOUS ordinance. I wasn't collecting in 1991, but if I had been, I would have snapped up Zap in a second. You can't do better than the OG's and Zap is a Joe icon.
