I was always a big Tracker fan, largely because he was one of the first SEAL figures that you could use out of the water. Torpedo and Wet-Suit were largely relegated to just underwater missions because of their dive suits and gear. Needless to say the figure got a lot of play from me as a kid. Even as an adult he's always had a relatively prolific role in my collection.

This custom was a relatively simple one, and the goal was just to tone down the brighter colors of the original.
