AWOL is an original character that was part of my expanded Mega Marine team, and is a Marine Force Recon. Of all the expanded Mega Marine Roster, AWOL was one of my favorites and I wanted to include him in my standard Joe team and not just relegated to the subset.

AWOL is wound super tight with an inability to ever cut loose and relax. He's often viewed by his fellow Joe's as a loose cannon, but he believes that without his constant edge he's as a good as dead.
