1983 is my absolute favorite year of G.I. Joe. In my opinion, it is the Golden Year. The standard by which all other years should be compared to.
I THINK I got the Wolverine for Christmas that year. I do remember thinking both tank and driver were super cool. The Wolverine is an undersized tank. Cover Girl sticks out a bit too far out of the hatch, but I liked that it was a smaller tank. Cover Girl is said to have stunning looks, but the figure doesn't really match those supposedly stunning looks. By that's okay, I always liked the figure.
