Helmet/Muzzle: Custom Cast Part

I only recently realized that I had the pieces to update my G.I. Joe dog handler. At the same time that I realized I had an extra green Agency Ops dress shirt, I also remembered I had a brown painted Tactical vest from back when I updated my Brazil Dial-Tone. So, while I tried to get a little more vintage accurate with my Mutt custom, there is one aspect that seems counterintuitive. Basically, I took the Marauders "86"vest away from Mutt. The 86 vest was a good fit for Mutt originally because of the shoulder padding, but of course, I really wanted to use the new "Agency-Ops" collared shirt for Mutt...and you cannot put an 86 vest over a dress shirt. The dress shirt collar pushes the 86 vest up under the figure's chin. The original Hasbro Mutt looks to have a tactical vest, but has shoulder padding.
Originally, I had my Mutt wearing gloves on both hands. I changed this to get a little more vintage accurate. I tried to emulate the padded/reinforced glove of the Hasbro figure by using electrical tape. The result is debatable. Lastly, I wanted to see what Mutt's goggles would look like if the lenses were painted. Also debatable
