This kitbash started when I got a freebie head from a custom caster. The Viper head was in bright orange. I immediately thought of the horrible Ice Cream Soldier from 1994. I figured that would be a good starting point for a figure. I just happened to have a yellow missile launcher lying around not being used for anything, so I gave it to this guy. Luckily the MTF flamethrower blast effect fit inside the missile launcher. I imagine that the Ice Cream Vipers could work in tandem with the Incinerators
