Head: 25A Scarlett
Lower arms: ARAH Scarlett
Arms to glove edge: Fisher-Price woman
Boots: Star Wars- Qui Gon Jinn
Helmet: New Sculpt Ace
All else: Jonny Quest- Jonny Quest (astronaut)

Design:

The Haslab "unlock" of Scarlett featured an ARAH Scarlett head on top of an ARAH Ace (V1) body. While I didn't see it as a necessary take on Scarlett, it did have an appeal to it. So, I set out to make a custom... but didn't have enough of the Ace parts to make one. I switched gears to the similar Jonny Quest astronaut body and worked with it as the starting point. Sadly, the ARAH Scarlett head was too big to use with it, but the 25A one fit nicely.

I also didn't have the Jonny Quest helmet or a similar fishbowl-style one to use. The design got toggled over to more traditional flight helmet/oxygen mask.

Colors & Paints:

Based on the Haslab figure, with the colors spread out more effectively than on Hasbro's curious applications. No more brown undies.

Sculpting & Modifying:

The hair was removed so the head could be fit-glued inside of the helmet, leaving just a bit of hot glue at the back to paint as a hair bun.

The arms were replaced with Adventure People/ARAH Scarlett arms.

Epoxy fills the thigh screw inset and backpack screw inset, but also builds up the top of the legs at the hips.

The boots were removed and replaced with the Qui Gon Jinn boots.
