Former Independent Operator in Cobra Allegiance Uniform

Design/Colors:

I'd planned on doing a Major Bludd custom painted up in a "Cobra Allegiance" blue uniform as a head-to-toe repaint of the original figure. But while parting together another figure, I came across this figure floating in the parts bin. Had I set out to find alternate parts, these probably aren't what I would have picked. But the parts combination clicked, so it became a surprise self-building custom.

Without an ARAH Major Bludd rocket-gun-thing to use, I went with the ROC rifle because it blended surprisingly well with the sculpt of the arm.

The blue uniform with tan gear lines up with Cobra's uniformed soldier appearances in early Marvel. The brighter blue on the metallic arm and gun marry them to each other, and also push more blue onto the overall figure.

Sculpting & Modifying:

The shoulder and elbow pins (human arm) and the thigh screw insets were epoxy filled and smoothed.
