Head, chest/back (including belt), arms (to hands), boots, chainsaw: Super7- Buzzer
Hands, chest/back (below belt), legs: Marvel- Ghostrider
Dog tags, holstered gun: push molds from ARAH Buzzer

Character:

Buzzer was one of the original Dreadnoks, serving as the street lieutenant to Zartan.

Design:

Hasbro NEVER made a real motorcycle for the Dreadnoks. There was a recolored RAM, then a tricycle, then another tricycle in the 25A/ME era. But never a true Harley Davidson-style bike. There have been some pretty decent stand-ins, mostly Maisto bikes. But even those didn't quite have the some aesthetics as GI Joe figures, which can't quite fit on them convincingly.

The Marvel "Kenner" 1:18 line figure came along with Ghost Rider's amazing motorcycle. Problem solved.

With the bike in place, I built a Buzzer around the Ghost Rider legs and hips, which seem to be uniquely made to fit the motorcycle correctly. The hands are also angled perfectly for the handlebars, so they came too. The rest is Super 7's Buzzer.

Colors & Paints:

The Super 7 colors were matched to Buzzer's Sunbow appearance, but I wanted something grittier and more realistic for a bigger gang. Instead of Buzzer's traditional tan shirt over light blue jeans, this custom features dark colors.

Buzzer's uniform has a bit of wash/grunge to it. Buzzers is typically portrayed as a fair skinned British guy, so he'd probably have a bit of sunburn. And some stubble, as depicted by Rod Whigham in the mid Marvel run. .

Sculpting & Modifying:

Both figures were split open, then the cutting began. Hands and boots were swapped, then the front/back pieces below the belt line. The hands were properly positioned to grab the handlebars and the feet to sit on the pedals.

The Super7 Buzzer design is pretty good. But it's based on the vanilla-fied Sunbow design, it omitted details that speak to the character's vileness. I added back the police badge and dog tags, which were presumably taken from a fallen law enforcement officer and fallen armed forces member, respectively. The badge is a ring of wire with some material snippet in the center. The dog tags and holstered gun are push molds taken from the ARAH buzzer.
