Bio
Rook was one of two Warforged gifted to Lord and Lady Kaspar of Corbella from the Waterbaron of Yatar. It was meant to sway their decision to pledge in the Lord's Alliance, a collective of cities and independent attempting to strengthen the lands through trade, resources, and unified protection. Unfortunately, they were never able to announce their decision.

A Northern raid stormed Corbella and set it ablaze. Under Lord Kaspar's direction, Rook retreated with Princess Elanor, their lone offspring. The paladin made it his mission to ensure her safety for the rest of her life. When she finally passed on, he searched for a new cause. That was over a hundred years ago and how he ended up at Thornhold.

About
One part tin soldier, one part animated armor. The character traits influence the design and the design influences the name and the name influences the character traits and design. A robot who is skilled, but naive. Has lived, but not seen the world. Steadfast and strong, but with a moral compass just wonky enough to allow for some grey area hijinks. A level 1 rookie. Rookie? Too on the nose. Rook...like the chess castle! A protector. A royal protector.

A robot in armor that doesn't hide that it is a robot, but also doesn't call attention to it. Can't be a full set of heavy armor yet. A frame that can be upgraded as the character levels up. A tabard to cover the body and a great helm with a face behind it. Voila'!
