This kitbash suffers from an excess of mediocrity. I really did try to make a faithful and high-quality representation of the vintage Cobra Crimson Guardsman, but he just falls short in most respects. The shirt cover attachment is Dime Novel Legends painted red and placed on with hot glue (neither done particularly well). The Crimson Guard's epaulettes are just Marauder Task Force $0.40 smooth panels cut down and super-glued (again...not done well). The Cobra Trooper head is the smallest head I had in my bin. I needed a tiny head so that the helmet would fit, but typical Guardsmen do not employ the iconic Cobra facemask. I tried my best, but this guy is clearly part of the bottom-tier "Eugene" or "Mortimer" series of Crimson Guards.
