A few years ago, I was able to procure a Fisher-Price Imaginext Lex Luthor click-on armor accessory. I tried it on one of my parts-bin Valkyrie figures. It looked okay, so I proceeded to make a Star Brigade Lady Jaye (pic#4). I picked Lady Jaye because the click-on armor piece had an L on the front. Instead of botching an attempt at taking the L off, I just decided to keep it intact and use a character who had an L in their name.
Since that time, I have grown dissatisfied with the quality of that original kitbash. The pink paint that I used was $0.69 craft paint and looks horrible. The Imaginext armor had an open faceplate, so I had to cobble together to close it up and help Lady Jaye withstand the rigors of space.
I have since gotten some Eagle Force Returns fishbowl-helmet space harnesses in the hopes of re-doing Star Brigade Lady Jaye.
