I wanted a Cobra vehicle that could match some of the speed of gi joe and have a somewhat classic look to it. I decided Destro could use a quick striking Humvee with speed and the firepower to get in and out leaving nothing but destruction in his path. And thus the Brawler becomes the Blitzkrieg.
