The neutralizer didn't really impress me... but while looking at it one night I was struck by how its treads and wheels looked more like something off of an old tractor than a high tech tank.... or better yet.... a world war one tank! I started hacking up the Neutralizer not really sure of where I was going with the design, but once I started rebuilding it it all came together. The whole idea was to create a simple, odd, kind of quirky little tank, and that's exactly what I wound up with, so I'm quite pleased with the results. oh, and yes, the turret rotates 360* and the cannon elevates.
