Bio: Vypra was born in New Orleans, but raised in the backwoods and swamps of Louisiana. Growing up, she chose not to join the military like her distant cousin Ettienne LaFitte, codename: "Gung-Ho," thinking that soldiers were wimps. Vypra joined Cobra simply for thrills, but worked her way up through various ranks including Motor-Viper, Techno-Viper, and Stinger Driver among others, simply for the chance to drive bigger and better vehicles. Perhaps the only member of the elite Crimson Guard with no college degree period, one would wonder how she achieved the rank of Crimson Guard, much less second-in-command. That is, until she gets ahold of them.

As simply Ann Conda, Vypra also races in various circuits, and it was in one of these that she met Brent Scott, the G.I. Joe team's "Hit 'N' Run" whom she strangely became friends with and later began dating. The relationship survived the competition on the track, missing dates because of their seperate 'jobs,' and keeping secrets, but will it survive when the secrets come out?
