Four Star Bar: Star Wars Cantina

Barkeep is the owner and operator of The Four Star Bar, a civilian tavern located near Ft. Wadsworth. He takes great pride in supporting our servicemen in his unique way. He is even prouder if the fact that several meetings between GI Joe top brass have taken place in his bar. This is why, even though Barkeep doesn't belong to any branch of the armed services, Hawk has made him an honorary member of the Joe team.
