This shelf diorama display was the first one that I completed in my GI Joe Room. I started by just using some old headquarters and General parts, running them through the table saw and band saw until they fit on the shelf. I then used various tech details and cut down flat styrene parts to fill or cover any miscellaneous holes. I got the idea to use the fabric 'star' background from Chief. The floating displays in back are Star Trek 6" figure bases that I cut in half and glued tacks in to stick in the wall. A quick coat of spray paint tied the whole thing together.
