This custom seemed like a given for me to make at one point or another...plus the fact that I mentioned to pick up about a dozen Headman figures gave me the means. I find that some of the Cobra villians require battle gear as well as 'civilian' attire since they aren't only villians on the battlefield, but in the boardroom as well, ala Tomax, Xamot and Cesspool as well

BACKSTORY
I like the original file card backstory of Cesspool, about how he was a CEO of a company with interests in oil and chemical refineries, etc, which have toxic pollutants. Seems like a corporate asshole to me! It's also cool how he fell into a vat of crap and that disfigured him. While in my universe, he's not an 'Eco-Warrior' waging war on the environment, I see he him as a chemical weapons manufacturor who creates weapons secretly for Cobra's worldwide use. While he is a Cobra affiliate, he owns and operates his own shady corporation in the US, and has extensive dealings with Tomax and Xamots Extensive Enterprises. He deals with Cobra outside of the US, and allows no connection to them to be uncovered. Cobra Commander does allow his Toxo and Sludge Vipers to be trained in the uses and safety handling procedures of Cesspools chemical weapons, so that THEY can be transported and used properly. I don't and never will acknowledge the whole 'Eco-Warrior; subgroup, instead I prefer to use them as chemical weapons experts.
