In order to help improve public perception of Cobra, the marketing department at Extensive Enterprises came up with the idea for Cobra's own super-hero. Taking the idea of Captain America and twisting it, they created Captain Cobra. His real name is unknown, but he was a Neo-Viper that underwent even further genetic tinkering. The limits of his abilities are as of yet unknown.
