Part of the Black Dragons. I am a little disappointed that there have been no more Black Dragon figures after the 2003 Convention. The only way to solve that is to make some of my own! This is a Black Dragon Elite Trooper. Once a Black Dragon Trooper has successfully completed numerous missions, he is then trained for more important tasks with less room for error and a larger pay off.
