Boomer started out as an attempt to make a "Soldier of the Future." What they think might be worn in 2025. The helmet is equipped with a zoom camera, 360-degree microphone, visor display, and linked to a wireless network. He possesses a forearm voice activated weapons pod containing 4 15mm mini-rockets. The bodysuit is woven from carbon microfibers and can stop small-caliber rounds.

The laser rifle was originally constucted for a Flash custom, but since he died, I hated to see it go to waste.
