Head: Headman
Body: 2001 Cobra Commander
Helmet: 87 Cobra Commander dremeled out

This figure actually was a lot of work. I took off the hat and hair from Headman, and and sanded down his face. I then made sunglasses and new hair out of sculpty, and put the pony tail back on with super glue. I also dremeled out another 87 Cobra Commander head, and it fits the figure. it is based on an image from the comic of a Cobra Commander face which to me is a disquise.
