Bio: Along with Croc Master, Zartan and Billy, Voltar survived escaping the buried freighter on Cobra Island. Using contacts made during his time as a mercenary, Voltar went underground until after the fall of Cobra when he returned to the employ of M.A.R.S. and the Iron Grenadiers, this time as a bodyguard for James McCullan XXIV, the Laird Destro in his last days. After Destro's death, Voltar continued in his employment by M.A.R.S., now guarding McCullan DeCobray, the new Laird Destro along with the Iron Grenadiers' Sergeant Major "Bluebolts".
