Customizer's Comments: Spare parts and free time. The Sand Scorpion torso and Wild Weasel arms were laying around and I had been tossing around the idea for a CC using a Track-Viper head for a while, so I finally just used it to create a VvV Cobra Commander in red and black. Since he's always trying to increase his power, it made sense to me that he'd take a version of the Venom Serum.
