Amulet home made

Cobra Comander wanted a Vampire in Cobra so he made Dr. Mindbender clone the DNA of a vampire. It was Dracula's DNA. The Dreadnoks found his skeleton for Cobra Comander. When he was created Dr. Mindbender gave him an amulet that hypnotizes his victims so they won't struggle. He also carries a knife.

P.S. This is my first custom so it might not be perfect & plus I'm only 12.
