The Fast Move was developed by Techno-Vipers in the Cobra Guerrilla Laboratory with the objective of providing a fast and light urban vehicle, while maintaining reasonable firepower and providing transport for at least five Cobra fighters. The modifications performed included an increase in the height from the ground, with the intention of obtaining a vehicle with more off-road/all-terrain characteristics.
The color scheme was thought to be useful for urban combat, where gray concrete and black asphalt are predominant in the landscape.
