Customizer's Comments: The Scrap-Iron torso was going to be used in my Doc custom and I was looking for arms for it when I noticed that the CC figure's blue was the same as Scrap-Iron's. The Secondary Specialty of the original Cobra Commander figures was "Ordinance (Experimental Weaponry)", I thought that if CC was going to be designing and building new weapons, he needed a outfit for use in the lab/testing area and switched the torsos for a quick picture. If I can find the needed parts (or even just a v2/hooded CC head and Funskool Scrap-Iron), I plan on remaking this one for my collection.

Bio: Before Destro and Scrap-Iron joined Cobra, it's leader was also it's lead weapons designer. At the time still a firm believer in the 'little man,' Cobra Commander was not above slipping on an equipment vest and joining his troops in designing and building new weapons for Cobra.
