Customizer's Comments: Yes, this is the same Windcharger, just finally revealing where he learned his skills. The SS head actually fit in the Hot Seat torso without any work. For anyone wondering, the Japanese character on the back of Windcharger's vest is the kanji for 'War' which I've adopted as the symbol for the Night Creepers, and the name 'Naitotsurukusa' means 'Night Creeper.'

Bio: Windcharger was one of the survivors of the massacre of the Night Creepers by Cobra's Red Ninjas. With the clan's new Aleph, 'Dice,' Windcharger retreated to the Sierra Mountains. He would remain there until John Thomas Magnus, Frontline's "Turbo" would train under the Aleph and be inducted into the Night Creepers. Windcharger left the mountains alongside his new clansman to fight against Cobra, the ones who had ordered his clan massacred when they refused to continue working for the terrorist organization. Over the years, Windcharger's learned a lot about technology from his clansmen, leading him to create a combination jet pack/laser machine gun backpack using the technology of G.I. Joe. He still, however, prefers the personal touch of his combinable scythes.
