A neat little project I cranked out in about a day, yet had planned for about a year. A very regal Commander, as you might expect to see him dressed at a rally. My original intent was to use a 3-pack Cobra Commander head, but it just didn't look right. Completely poseable, this figure looks truly mighty standing before his troops.
