Foam board, insulation foam, styrene rod, hair combs, cross stitching grid, metal tubing, and random fire truck ladder

This was made in response to Short Bus Kustoms 2 hour diorama challenge. Yes, 2 hours. I set a timer and everything. I got the main build of mine in 2 hours, but adding details and set pieces took another hour.

The main idea was to make something that looked like a wide open corridor, but really used vanishing points for an optical illusion that would allow it to easily fit on a shelf. It is long and deep enough for a small-ish vehicle or a team of figures. Add in some Diaclone or Hot Wheels toys in the background and it pulls the whole thing together.
