Entire Body and helmet: cheap figure I picked up as part of a set off 11 figures and vehicles from a discount store. I think it said something like EEB Toys or CC Toys on the box

When I playing around with these cheap figures, I realised that the helmet was very similar to the original Cobra Trooer helmet. I actually liked that sleazebag Scar Face, So when I finally found a figure that would actually make a good one, I just had to do him.
