An updated Serpentor needs an updated Air Chariot. I borrowed a few aspects from DD's redesign, but infused it with a few of my own ideas as well.

The air chariot is Serpentor's ceremonial vehicle, used mainly for addressing his troops. Though not designed for battle, it does possess a handful of defensive weapons as well as a primitive countermeasure system designed to help the Emperor survive and escape an assassination attempt.
