01 Rifle (White Out?)

To avoid a lynch mob, the head was found in a junk bin, and was not part of a mint Officer. I built this one since I think Cobra should have had a wider variety of soldiers back then, if not just for the cartoon/comic.
This guy's basically filler, someone you can use as a specialist for whatever you need to blow up. Right now he's riding backseat on the Missile HISS.

Ordinance specialists

SMF: Infantry

Cobra Officers are front-line fighters who lead Cobra attack units into battle. The Ordinance Specialists are a branch of officers who each specialize in a wide variety of explosives, among them demolitions, anti-tank, and artillery to name a few. Each are qualified experts in all Warsaw-pact firearms.

Cobra Ordinance Officers are dedicated to destroying G.I. Joe and the American way of life (likely by some sort of large explosion). Beware...they are extremely dangerous enemies.
