Once again this is a very simple custom but I thought it worked out well. I used a (v.16) Cobra Commander body and a (v.1) Cobra Coil head to complete the suiting.

This is my definitive version of what Cobra Commander would look like without his Hood or Battle Helm. For too long Cobra Commander has come across as a character just out of the reach of reality and this figure brings him back in. With the mask over his mouth his ID is still unknown and now he looks more human instead of a coward hiding behind a mask. Now G.I.Joe can look into the eyes of the enemy their fighting and quake with fear. Cobra Commander is still evil incarnate.
