This steals heavily off of iwbeta and Alyosha's versions of Zartan, taking him away from the bloated look of his JvC figure but keeping the black-shirted appearance.

I like the lean, stern look of the Duke face, and glued on cloth to make up the cowl, in order to get it properly to "hang like cloth". The Switch Gears thighpads lend a v1 homage, and I tried to balance them out by adding the Overkill plates -- and to give another unique touch.
