Entire Body: J vs C Agent Scarlett

Another of my favorite characters from the Judge Dredd strip in the British comic 2000AD. I started off with the Joe vs Cobra Scarlett body and ground off all the armor, straps and pouches. I then glued the pouches around the belt and stuck some printed pics onto plasticard to make the badge and belt buckle. The everything else was sculpted from milliput. Both of the shoulder pads were layered. The hair is also hand sculpted.
