Not much to say about this one. With all of his experience and the word "Major" in his name, I always thought Major Bludd would work great as a more formal field commander (I like the idea of a scuzzball like Major Bludd walking around in a fancy uniform). I've had this guy pieced together for about a year but had never been excited about finishing him. I decided to just leave the brown of the W.O.R.M.S. uniform alone. I figured I could paint it a darker brown, but it wouldn't look all that different from this and would have been a lot more work (that's what we call "rationalizing laziness", kids). Not much to him, but enjoy.
