Hiss IV is a surface to surface and surface to air rocket tank.

I had to do something with this tank to make it look more like it should be a tank. The original lawn chair on top had to go! It needed armament.

Now you know what to do with those big a$$ launchers on the brawler! Just simply disassemble the Hiss IV and mount the launchers through the body with screws and washers. This lets the launcher elevate.
