Cape: Cobra Commander v20

This figure was one of my first attempts at using the RIT dye method of figure coloring. It turned out fairly well, although the softer parts, the skirt, helmet, and hood, have faded to a dark blue. So I am not very pleased with that. I may just have to paint those areas for a more uniform color.

For his "dress uniform," I thought the cape from the Imperial Procession set really makes the look. Particularly when paired with the "Fang Blade" for a royal scepter.
