I hate the character Wraith as presented in the DD comic. I mean I despise the guy. So why make a custom of him you ask.

Well I took the core of the DD idea and reworked it to suit me in my Joe-verse. I stripped away the uberness of him that I despised and went back to a basic approach.





He generally works for Cobra, but private contracts to Destro and even Serpentor are not unheard of. His most common tasks are reconnaissance and spying.
