Military dictators always seem to have a nice assortment of very expensive civilian suits. Guys like Saddam with closets of Armani suits, trying to look respectable.

I figured Cobra Commander would be no different. I also thought it would work as a "flashback" figure, for back when he was forming Cobra.

I did have to add some filler putty on the neck. It wasn't sitting right on the Tomax body, then a quick paint application.
