After assembling the Ortiz figure, I had to pay allegiance to my team with this one.

Bernie bridges the gap from the bad years to the dynasty teams of the late 90's. Often underestimated, Bernie has shown he can still contribute in clutch situations. His gentle demeanor and humility is reminiscent of that of a previous Yankee centerfielder, the Clipper, but don't confuse his polite disposition for a lack of fire in his play. When it comes time to perform, it's "Bern Baby Bern!"
