I hadn't made a Cobra Commander yet, kinda because it seemed like it would be a lot of work. I was inspired in part by the Cobra Commander Jae Lee drew in the G.I. Joe/Transformer Dreamwave crossover.

I always liked the tassels, chains and medals that seem to mean nothing at all. The chain is out of a $.25 machine and the tassel is some Christmas wrapping thing my wife had. The color I used for the uniform is Apple Barrel True Navy which (especially if used over black) looks really regal and Cobra-like I think.
