I wanted to make a custom Ripper to look like the original figure from 1985. I modified Ripper's (v3) head by removing the hat bill and the sides of his hat to create his mohawk. For his sunglasses, I first was going to sculpt them, but then noticed Dusty's (v9) helmet, his googles looked like it would work perfect to replicate Ripper's original look. So I sanded down the existing glasses and applied Dusty's googles cut from his helmet with Superglue.

For his torso, I dremelled the bottom of his shirt to make it appear like the original figure. For the legs, I used Dusty again, but removed his boots and used Ripper version 3's feet. Again attaching them with Superglue and then epoxy putty to blend the parts.
