I've always thought that Cobra never got enough unique characters. Too many army builders. Anyway, while many people scoff at Cesspool, I've always considered him a salvagable character. I see him as the head of Cobra's chemical weapons division and Toxo-Viper commander.

I tried to stay fairly true to the original figure design (I know I switched the side of his cybernetic arm, but the Overkill arm just worked too well to pass up). I wanted him to match the Toxo-Vipers as well.
