Charlie Iron-Knife is the best tracker and shaman the Joes have. He can tell what size boot a Viper has by the tiniest part of a print and can even tell when he was last there. It's been said that Joes that have gotten lost on midnight marches with Charlie as their guide have been home just in time for breakfast.

After the Joe team broke up in 1994, Charlie was hand picked by the CIA to be in their special forces team. He was picked alongside his fellow Joes Duke and Chuckles. Together, they help rid the world of Terrorists like Major Bludd and those who would seek to join COBRA.
