Head and lower legs: Zartan (GvC v. 6)
Torso, arms, crocth and upper legs: Destro (Spy Troops v. 10), modified

The colors are a nod to both the original and DD versions of Zartan (with the pads on the thighs being a clear shout back to 1984).

You can't quite tell, but the heads being used as dummies for the Flint and Duke masks are actually VvV Destro heads glued to the bottom of the bag.

The bow is obviously Storm Shadow, v. 2's.
